Grief is totally normal.
The loss of a child’s expected future is something parents and siblings grieve. It’s easy to push your feelings aside or get stuck at a certain stage. Take some time, either alone or with a trusted friend or family member to think and talk about your feelings. It can lead to new plans and dreams that move you and your child forward in the healing process.
