    ANTECEDENT means something that comes before. In ABA Therapy terms, it’s an event or setting that comes before a specific behavior. If the behavior is unwanted, we’ll change or modify the ANTECEDENT to prevent the unwanted behavior from happening again. You can too. Try it at home!
