Don't Shorten Play Time.
A good, fun playtime can work all kinds of magic. With the precious little time you may have, spend it with your child and prioritize laughter. When you spend time having fun, it’s much easier to get buy-in later when playtime is over. Of course, play is also the most natural way to model social skills, like taking turns and sportsmanship. But more importantly, it provides opportunities for your child to practice establishing positive relationships with others. So make way for play!
